VPI Now Offering Thin VGA Monitor Cables with Gold Connectors & Ferrites

Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) is now offering Thin VGA Monitor Cables with Gold Connectors & Ferrites in male-to-male and male-to-female interface options. The high performance cables are used to connect or extend connections between a computer and VGA monitor.

The VEXT-THN-GF-xx and VEXT-THN-GF-xx-MM cables feature gold plated connectors for smooth, corrosion-free connections. Ferrite cores at each end protect against EMI and RFI interference with no ghosting or degradation. With a diameter of only 0.236 inches and shallow backshells, the cables are idea for applications where space is tight.

The cables support 1920x1200 (WUXGA) computer resolutions up to 50 feet. The conductors for the three color lines are 30 AWG coaxial, while the remaining conductors are 32 AWG stranded wire. The shield consists of mylar foil, braided shield, and drain wire. Cable options include male 15HD to female 15HD extension cables and male 15HD to male 15HD interface cables. Both configurations are available in lengths of 1.5/3/6/10/15/25/35/50 feet.

Available for immediate sale, the VEXT-THN-GF-xx extension cables and
VEXT-THN-GF-xx-MM interface cables cost between $4.90 and $26.60 each.
