Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of USB 2.0 to HDMI/DVI/VGA Adapters to its popular line of USB products. USB to video adapters are ideal for adding an extra monitor to computers.
The USB 2.0 to video adapters allow users to attach one or multiple monitors or projectors to a laptop or desktop computer using USB 2.0 ports. Up to six display adapters can be connected to one computer, and no additional video card needs to be installed.
The adapters feature three display modes - Primary, Mirror, and Extend. Primary mode displays the screen on one monitor. Mirror mode displays the same screen on multiple monitors. Extend mode displays different programs from one computer on multiple monitors. The adapters support image rotation at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. No external power supply is necessary, and the adapters feature multi-language support.
The USB2-HD-LC USB 2.0 to HDMI/DVI Adapter allows users to add one to six HDMI or DVI displays to a laptop or desktop computer. The adapter supports up to 1080p video resolutions with standard and wide screen aspect ratios. Embedded audio will pass through the adapter and it features built-in 2.1 channel stereo sound pass-through. With compact dimensions of 3.94x1.97x0.79 inches (100x50x20mm), the USB2-HD-LC is an ideal way to attach additional displays to a computer.
The USB2-DHV-LC USB 2.0 to HDMI/DVI/VGA Adapter allows users to add one to six HDMI, DVI, or VGA displays to a laptop or desktop computer. The adapter supports HDTV resolutions to 1080p and computer resolutions to 1920x1200 with standard and wide screen aspect ratios. Only 3.54x1.69x0.63 inches (90x43x16mm) in size, the USB2-DHV-LC provides a convenient way to support multiple displays.
Available for immediate sale, the USB2-HD-LC costs $45 and the USB2-DHV-LC costs $49.
