Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of the Locking CAT6/6a Cables to its popular line of CATx Cables. The locking boots prevent the patch cords from being unplugged from a critical port while in use.
The CAT6-RAS-LOCK-xx-RED CAT6 Right Angle to Locking Straight Patch Cord Cables feature a right angle connector end that is ideal for confined spaces, and a locking straight connector end that prevents the Ethernet cable from being unplugged. Each cable includes a key to unlock the RJ45 connector. The 24AWG unshielded cable is available in lengths of 2 and 4 feet.
The CAT6A-LOCK-xx-BLACK CAT6a 10 Gigabit Unshielded Patch Cord Cables with Locking Boots and Key provide a secure connection between the CAT6a patch cord and RJ45 port.
