Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of the Waterproof IP68 Shielded CAT6 RJ45 Female to Female Field Installable Coupler to its popular line of waterproof connectors. The CAT6 RJ45 connector is IP68 rated for waterproof and weatherproof protection. Simply plug a patch cord into either end and screw together.
VPI’s IP68-rated Waterproof Shielded CAT6 RJ45 Female to Female Coupler connects two outdoor shielded CAT6 cables together. It is designed for harsh industrial environments and outdoor applications.
The shielded CAT6 RJ45 female to female coupler has gasket seals that provide IP68 rated water and dust protection. The circular threaded coupling assembles in-line to connect two patch cords together. Compatible with existing hardware, the waterproof Cat6 RJ45 coupler can also be panel mounted.
